受診に際してのご注意をHPに掲載しました
受診に際しての以下をご了承ください
・ 当院は月末、16時付近が最もゆっくりと診察できます.初診の方は可能な限りこの時間帯にご予約ください。
・ 土曜日は例外なく混雑します.診察時間も短くなりますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・ 当院はご予約優先、かかりつけ優先を原則としており、ご予約のない方、初診の方はお待たせする可能性がございます(※緊急時はこの限りではありません)
・ 再診の方はマイナンバーカードを認証後、必ず診察券をご提示ください。ご提示がなく、チェックインできておらず、長時間待たされたケースが生じております。
・ 診察順は前後いたします。クリニック内が込み合わぬよう、診察時間の短い方から診察してゆく場合がございます。
・ 日本語・英語以外は通訳をご同伴下さい.当院は英語以外についてはスタッフが不在の場合もあり、通訳の同伴をお願いしております.1受診(約10分間) 2200円で中国語の堪能な事務員による通訳が可能ですが、不在の場合がございます.なお、スマホ・AIによる通訳は受け付けておりません.※緊急時はこの限りではありません。
・ 当院は皆さまがお支払いする健康保険料で維持・運営されておりますが、昨今、医療保険料が未納の海外の患者様のご利用が増えており、医療保険料を納めている患者様の診療を圧迫する状況が見られます.これを改善するため、医療保険料が未納の患者様が当院で診察する際は、保険医療で定められた料金の200%をいただいております.大変心苦しい決断ですが、御了承いただける患者様は、お電話にて御予約を承ります。 ※緊急時、若い旅の方、JICA派遣の方についてはこの限りではありません。
Important Information for Your Visit
・ Best Time to Visit: The clinic is least crowded around 4:00 PM towards the end of the month. First-time patients are encouraged to book during this time.
・ Saturdays: The clinic is always crowded on Saturdays. Please note that consultation times will be shorter.
・ Priorities: We prioritize appointments and regular patients. Patients without an appointment or first-time patients may experience long waiting times (except in emergencies).
・ Returning Patients: Please present your consultation ticket (patient ID card) after authenticating with your My Number Card. Failure to do so may prevent check-in and cause long waiting times.
・ Order of Examination: The order of consultation may change. To avoid overcrowding in the clinic, patients with shorter consultation times may be seen first.
・ Language: Please bring an interpreter if you do not speak Japanese or English. Staff may not be available for languages other than English. Chinese interpretation is available by a staff member for 2,200 yen per visit, but they may not always be available. Smartphone/AI translation services are not accepted (except in emergencies).
・ Medical Insurance (Uninsured Patients): Our clinic is maintained by public health insurance premiums. Due to an increase in foreign patients without insurance, we now charge 200% of the government-mandated fee to uninsured patients to ensure fair care for insured patients. We apologize for this decision, but we request your understanding. Please make an appointment by phone if you agree to these terms. (This policy does not apply to emergencies, young travelers, or JICA personnel).
